This one is a short one, but one a long time coming.
I wanted to provide a small shout out to Channing Edward Ewing who has fostered a growing and active community on Facebook made up of play by play announcers, sports talk, studio hosts and more on Facebook. It’s a fantastic resource for those looking to crack into the industry, or just network with fellow sportscasters. I highly recommend you join the group, as its been a great support network for this blog so far. The group is ‘closed’, so you will need to wait until Channing approves your request to join, but he’s usually on the ball and you shouldn’t have to wait long.
